About this position

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to help accelerate customer acquisition, growth, and retention for our world-class video and cyber security products. Optimization of our website and social channels earned and paid media and campaign management will be the main responsibilities. 

You will complement our 4-person marketing team to help drive leads to our enterprise and inside sales teams. You will also work with customer success to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and referral. Strong customer focus and the ability to distill comprehensive product features into tactical messaging will be important traits.

About you

You have strong writing skills, and bring deep experience developing, running, and optimizing digital campaigns for customer acquisition. You are a self-starter that likes to get things done, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment of like-minded people. Accustomed to working across management, creative, and content teams to build messaging, imagery, and experiences that resonate with our personas and convert. You are experienced in monitoring and reporting on performance and KPIs using Google Analytics, AdWords, and other tools or platforms. Also, you are motivated by being part of creating a world-leading security company. 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Runs marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: design experiments, develops campaign strategy and drives execution of the campaign through to completion
  • Manages paid advertising through search and social channels (primarily Google and LinkedIn), runs growth experiments, monitors, analyzes, and reports KPIs, continuously testing and optimizing channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative, and copy to maximize immediate and long-term ROI
  • Is data-driven and has strong experience with SEO and analytics tools, especially Google Analytics, and can set up, track and report on e.g. traffic, engagement, conversion, etc.
  • Has experience with B2B and/or e-commerce marketing
  • Enjoys writing, editing, and publishing engaging posts for web and social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter), with a strong skill set in HubSpot or other CMS
  • Responds to comments and questions on the company’s social media channels in a respectful and timely manner
  • Can distill product marketing material into optimized social media and campaigns messaging and works well with our design team to deliver appealing graphics, videos, and other materials
