We are looking for an experienced customer technical support engineer with 3+ years of experience in a technical and hands-on customer support role. The job will also involve fairly close interaction with the R&D. You will be an effective communicator, both written and verbal, and have good interpersonal skills. You will be keen to quickly learn new technologies and enjoy working for an energetic fast-moving disruptive company where you really can make a difference every day. Most importantly you will take great pride in providing the best support service possible for our customers.
This is an opportunity to join a small team and to play a key role in expanding our global support service. Our customer support team will play a critical role in our success, we want to make Ava Security famous for providing excellent support.
